The solution is to force close the app and then go delete the /data/croprecordsx folder (/sdcard/data/croprecordsx/) or (/internal storage/data/croprecordsx/)
Usually phones have a file manager app (usually called "My Files") but if it doesn't you could download one from the google play store (there's a free Astro File Manager that you can use)
We have found that just searching for "croprecordsx" is the quickest way to locate the file.
This should not be done without the approval of the SWAT Support Team.
