If they’re a fresh customer to Climate FieldView and have SWAT, our system can setup all the fields in there for them automatically. But there can’t be any fields setup already in the account for this option to work. If they have fields in FieldView already and need to add more it has to be done manually on the FieldView side.
One you connect through the API within SWAT RECORDS, the only information that gets synced between the two is we send all of the maps that can be found in the SWAT RECORDS Mobile App folder as an image file that can be viewed in FieldView (SWAT, EC, Flow accumulation, Elevation etc.). Climate will then send all of the as-applied data to SWAT RECORDS that can be viewed in the mobile app/desktop software.
