Error details in soil test API automatic import
Here's a typical list of errors that can appear in the lab API's
Duplicate Sample Names
- Sample name matches 2 fields listed in your account.
- You will need to change the Sample ID for one of the fields. Once you have made the edit, you can go back into the API page, view the error and then press retry import.
No Matching Sample Name
- The Sample ID doesn't match any in your account.
- This could be a lab input error. You will need to fix by either changing in within the labs website, then download the CSV and manually import. If you can't change it in the website, download the CSV and edit the sample ID in the CSV.
