SWAT RECORDS now requires every farm to have a Farm Owner/Administrator set and to have accepted the EULA to allow work to commence on the account.
This is to ensure all users have accepted our terms and conditions outlined in the user agreement.
This change also means that this error may pop up for your farm clients looking to use the app.
This signifies that either the Farm account does not have an Admin set, has the incorrect Admin, or the Admin has not yet accepted the EULA.
We STRONGLY advise consultants audit all their farms to ensure Farm Admins are correctly set to reduce any pain points when using the app.
This can be done on the desktop by going into the Farm > User Settings and there is a column that shows the Farm Admin. (please note there is a current bug that may put a checkmark beside the consultant who created the farm, this can be ignored.)
If the Farm Administrator is incorrect please submit a ticket to support@swatmaps.com to have this corrected.
Multiple users can be designated as Farm Admins. However, there will be future features built around Farm Administrator permissions so the Admin's should only be set to key decision makers on that farm.
