Assign crops to fields (Mobile)
- From the main farm page, click on EditFields/Crops
- Select your crop year beside the Add Crops to Multiple fields
- Now you can add your crops in one of two ways a) Single input mode or b) By multiple fields
- Single Input mode
- Press the Edit button located beside the History button
- Beside the total acres, press on the green plus sign
- Select your Crop
- Select your Variety, if you do not pick a variety it will not save. If you’re not sure of the crop, there should be a “No Variety” option available (If you don’t know your variety there’s an option for No Variety, if it’s missing please e-mail the variety details to support@swatmaps.com)
- If you need to split the field and add a second crop, click on the Add Crop (Splitting Field) and follow steps iii to iv.
- If you are doing an intercrop, select on the green plus located beside your previous crop that you chose and follow steps iii to iv.
- Once complete, select Done located at the bottom of the window.
- Adding the same crop to multiple fields
- Click on Add Crops To Multiple Fields
- Select on Pick Crop
- Once you’ve chosen your crop, pick your variety (If you don’t know your variety there’s an option for No Variety, if it’s missing please e-mail the variety details to support@swatmaps.com)
- Select all the fields that will be getting the selected crop by pressing on the empty box beside “Add”
- Once your fields are selected, click on the Accept button located at the bottom of the field list.
- Single Input mode
- You can now enter in your Row Spacing for each crop/field (applicable to SWAT CAM users)
- Click on Edit Row Spacings
- Either input your row spacing for each crop individually OR you can select the checkbox beside each crop and run a Batch Edit Row Spacing
Note: Be sure to enter in the number and use the dropdown to select the unit of measure!
