What rate do you use for "out-of-bounds" areas?

You can use whatever rate the client requests, but typically you will apply the field average rate to the areas "out-of-bounds". If it is known that out-of-bounds is a slough or breaking, the prescription can be set to apply rates matching that area. In some cases, the default rate can also be adjusted right in the controller.
