      Why are my sample ID's missing?

      If you aren't seeing any sample ID's, there could be 2 reasons why. 
      1. If you are positive that the sample ID's were made in the desktop software, there could be a chance that you forgot to do a Sync. 
      2. Sample ID's weren't made. Go into the desktop software and add your sample ID's
